These terms cover your use of this website. Work we do for clients is governed by the written quote for that project, not by this page.
Using this site
You are welcome to read this site, book an audit and try the demo. Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and do not use it to send anything unlawful.
The free audit
The audit is a free 30 minute conversation. Booking one puts no obligation on either side, and nothing said in it is a binding quote.
It is general advice about your own processes. It is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for advice from someone qualified to give it.
The Maya demo
The demo places a real automated call. Enter a phone number only if you control it and you want to be called. Never enter someone else’s number. We may withdraw or block access to the demo where it is misused.
Work we do for you
Any project begins with a written quote setting out the scope and the price. Once you accept it, that document governs the work, not this page.
What we build for you belongs to you and runs in your own accounts.
Our content
The text, design, images and code of this site belong to Digital Dawn Consulting LLC. The product names and logos we show belong to their respective owners and appear only to indicate the tools we work with.
Services we do not control
Parts of this site depend on providers we do not control, including the scheduler on the booking page and the voice provider behind the demo. We are not responsible for their availability or their content.
No warranty
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Dawn Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs to the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
