Who we are

Digital Dawn Consulting LLC is an automation consultancy based in Miami, Florida. We operate digitaldawnconsulting.com.

What we collect

We collect information in three ways.

• When you request an audit: your name and email address, plus the company name, phone number and message if you choose to enter them.
• When you book a call: the details you give the scheduling tool, which include your name, email address and the time you pick.
• When you try the Maya demo: your first name and the phone number you ask us to call. If you talk to Maya in your browser instead, your microphone audio is processed to hold the conversation.
• Automatically: our host records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.

We run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of our own.

Why we collect it

We use what you give us to:

• reply to your enquiry and arrange the audit,
• place the demo call you asked for,
• avoid calling the same number twice,
• keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We keep the list of third parties short. Each one handles data only to provide its service to us:

• Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions.
• Cal.com, which powers the scheduler embedded on the booking page.
• Vapi, which places the automated voice calls in the Maya demo.
• Supabase, which stores the short log we keep to avoid repeat calls.
• Slack, which receives our internal failure alerts. Phone numbers in those alerts are masked to the last four digits.
• Microsoft, which provides the mailbox that receives enquiries and hosts the meeting itself.

Automated voice calls

The Maya demo places a real automated call using an AI voice agent. We call only the number you enter, only because you asked us to, and only between 8am and 8pm at the recipient’s local time. If you submit outside those hours, the call is held until the window opens.

Calls may be recorded. Please enter only a number you control, and never someone else’s number.

To be removed from any further calls, write to us at the address below and we will add your number to our do-not-call list.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about the work, and delete them on request. Demo phone numbers are kept only to stop us from calling you twice, and are removed once that purpose has passed.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.

If a privacy law where you live gives you further rights, use the same address and we will handle the request.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. The scheduler on the booking page is loaded from Cal.com and may set its own cookies when you interact with it.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here and the date at the top changes with it.
